Vacancy: Senior Office Administrator
The Role
- Communication management – Spoken and written
- Liaising with staff and business partners
- Receiving and screening telephone calls
- Respond to emails and social media messages
- Email/Message support for clients
- Calling potential leads after they have expressed an interest
- Arrange follow up tasks after meetings
- Assisting with events planning
- Carrying out desk research on potential suppliers and products
- Organising occasional travel arrangements
- Dealing with membership renewals/subscriptions
- Schedule diary appointments
- General office administration duties
- Working days Monday to Friday
- Working times 10am to 6pm

The owner is a busy entrepreneur that runs a small forward-thinking, dynamic and expanding portfolio of property businesses. Including property development, property training & mentoring and a specialist lettings agency. All based in South Birmingham. The businesses are built on ethics and good values. It currently operates with 10 staff. Looking for a Superstar who is awesome at what they do to support the team.

- Experience from a similar role
- You’re great with tech
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience from a similar role
- Useful, but not necessary, if you have some understanding of residential property
- Available to start within one month
Pay
£19,500 to £23,400 per annum depending on experience
