Updated 26th May 2020: Further to recent guidelines published by the Government on returning to work safely, we will be resuming services to our properties as per normal, prioritising urgent and emergency repairs. We thank you for your patience as we get our services back up to normal operations. The well-being of the Very Nice Homes family which extends to our tenants, landlords, contractors and staff, continues to remain a priority so we do ask for any tenants requesting repairs or if you are self-isolating, experiencing symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed – to advise us (and your housemates) immediately. Please remember the social distancing guide and to keep a minimum of 2-meters when we attend the property.
Occasionally things do go wrong and we can’t promise that they won’t. However when they do, we want to get the problem solved quickly and efficiently.
