Vacancy: Senior Office Administrator Role

The Role

  • Dealing with residential tenant & property management
  • Full time role
  • Working times Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and Sat 10am to 6pm (Wednesday & Sunday days off)
  • Located on the High Street in Kings Heath in South Birmingham B14
  • Office based, so NO travelling to properties
  • Processing of tenant application forms
  • Preparation of tenancy documents and associated legal documentation
  • Dealing with compliance e.g. registration of deposits
  • Managing the office diary for property inspections, move ins/outs, repairs
  • Liaising with tenants and maintenance contractors for organising repairs
  • Reviewing inventories and inspections
  • Serving tenants legal notices
  • Liaising with tenants and arranging moving and moving out appointments
  • Monitor and arrange renewal of property certificates
  • General office duties including filing, document scanning and preparing letters/emails
  • This position involves various aspects of property management

Your Profile

  • You have experience of at least 5 years in office administration
  • You are willing to learn residential lettings
  • You have exceptional attention to detail
  • Independent and resourceful with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • You are able to work under pressure, as it is essential for this demanding role
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal English
  • You are able to deal with multiple tasks and prioritise
  • You are highly organised and able to work to deadlines
  • Able to manage your own work load
  • You have excellent computer/Tech skills
  • Friendly telephone manner
  • You are a positive individual
  • You have great customer service skills
  • You have a willingness to go the extra mile

Pay

Salary range £20,000 to £24,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications
